I recieved an email from a customer service rep, but everytime I emailed, I got a response My experience started by inquiring a vehicle on cargurus. I recieved an email from a customer service rep, but everytime I emailed, I got a response. I had a manager call me and inquire if I had any questions and was very personable. They didn't bug me until closer to the date I had told them I was coming to town. Set up an appointment and again was very friendly. The day of the appointment everyone was very friendly and nice! We had our kids with and they made us feel very welcome and made sure the kids were comfortable while everything was going on. It was a great experience!! More
