Kevin was our F2F sales rep to complete the purchase. Kevin was very personable and nice; however, I think he had missed an opportunity to provide more details about the EV. I ended up learning more about this EV from a friend who owns a Tesla. An example is that I did not know that I needed an NACS DC adapter to open up more charging options during a long trip. This adapter is something that should have been discussed and provided in the purchase. And the car buying process took 4.5 hours which was way too long. Your dealership appeared very unorganized with the paperwork signing process. In fact, all the documents had to sent via email the next day to be resigned all over again. This was quite an inconvenience. More
