I’ve been bringing my TSX here for service since I relocated to Newport News a couple of years ago. I am happy to say that I have had very pleasant experiences with both the Service and Parts departme relocated to Newport News a couple of years ago. My 2020 Acura ILX told me it was due a B1 service. I called Southern Acura and was able to get a service appointment on the date and time I requested. I was given progress checks and advised of additional services needed based on dealer checks (front wheel alignment and transmission fluid replacement). My wait was very comfortable weather-wise.
