Apparently Nissans technology out paces the service techs at Tri State Nissan. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The back passenger tire was 3 lbs low when I brought it in. When I lef at Tri State Nissan. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The back passenger tire was 3 lbs low when I brought it in. When I left it was 3 lbs low as well so I know they were not rotated even though I paid $104 for it. Took my Rogue in for 2 weekends in a row because the AC wasn't working. The first time was told that it was over charged from the factory even though it worked the year before. Drove it home and the following day it didn't work again. Dropped it back off and they had the car for 3 days. Received a call saying there wasn't anything wrong and they couldn't duplicate it. I could schedule another appointment when it got warmer. The previous week was 90 degrees and I had to drive in the rain with no AC and couldn't roll the windows down!!! When we picked the car up the AC was still not working. At the end of the day I have lost all respect for TriState Nissan and the level of service you receive. No longer have to bother with them AC works well in my new Toyota! More
