I no went in to this purchase coming from another dealer who just tried to bait and switch me on a pro master van. Susanna seemed to be person centered at first until I signed on the dotted line. We notice some wiring that needed to be looked at which they added to the “we owe” page. On the way home we found that two of the lights over the cab had been knocked off too. I asked her that same night if they would replace those too as they were overlooked on the test drive. The next day I brought it back for the detailing that they offered and when I brought up the lights Susanna literally laughed in my face so hard it was almost embarrassing how rude she was. I felt bad for her. Then the van was retuned really quickly. I thought it was fast and looked for evidence of the detailing to see how my new van looked in its certified pre owned state. Nothing was clean. They didn’t even try. The man agate was nice. I’ll give him credit. But he should have stepped in and told his sales people how to treat customers who spend 5 figures to buy a vehicle. I’m just glad it’s over. Every car buying experience I have had is almost exactly like this. Why do we accept lower standards all the time for what we expect out of a buying experience. We are the ones who go are spending money. Make us happy. Stop xxxxting on the people who pay your bills. I guarantee it would be a better business model than this cover your back side sales we see at todays car dealers. More
