From the first hello, John Keefe made the entire process easy and enjoyable. There was no high pressure tactics to “buy now, today” and he knew what he was selling. He obliged us with a test drive even thou easy and enjoyable. There was no high pressure tactics to “buy now, today” and he knew what he was selling. He obliged us with a test drive even though he probably knew we were just looking at the time. I was so impressed that I called him after getting back home to see if he could locate a Gladiator in the color and model I was interested in. He not only found one in the color (Sarge Green) I was looking for but the exact model and options I wanted. And he had it located by the next day. Long story short, John made it all happen just as he said he would. My vote for Salesman of the Year. More

Jeremy was a good adviser when I could speak to him, however, there were three times that I called and he still hasn’t returned my calls and that was over a week ago. Also the technicians never were a however, there were three times that I called and he still hasn’t returned my calls and that was over a week ago. Also the technicians never were able to fix the electrical issue of tje battery totally discharge overnight. I had to have it jump started seven times in eight days. I finally got tired of them being unable to fix it so I took it to A Plus Mechanics here in Ocala and he fixed it by replacing a relay at the cost of $200. I was told that it was guaranteed but what good is a guarantee if your mechanics can’t fund or fix the issue? Also, it took three times in the shop to get the transmission fixed. . I bought the vehicle from you and I had to wait over two weeks before it was drivable. More
