My wife and I traded in our Black 2020 Dodge Challenger to purchase a 2022 Dodge Charger from this dealership. We were and still are VERY DISAPPOINTED. My wife and I informed the dealership that we would to purchase a 2022 Dodge Charger from this dealership. We were and still are VERY DISAPPOINTED. My wife and I informed the dealership that we would like to get the best price for our vehicle which the dealership presently has for sale, according to this website. VIN 2C3CDZBT0LH225827 Stock Number - 220625A Mileage 5,827. Presently for sale at $40223.00 (at the time of this review). According to Willem Riley (our salesperson) the used car manager (don't know his name) said that we could only get $29,000.00 for our trade in. Also, when negotiating a price for the 2022 Dodge Charger we were shown a portion of a window sticker from another Dodge dealership that indicated that it was being sold for $52,000. I informed the salesperson that "we were NOT at the other dealership", and I didn't care how much they were selling the vehicle for. I was at Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. And I wanted the best trade in and price and the best purchase price for the car we were buying. We didn't get either! My wife and I were also VERY DISAPPOINTED with the finance manager Keving Roberts. My credit score at the time of this transaction was "797" and my wife's credit score was "707". We both feel that we should have secured a better financing rate. It's sad and VERY DISAPPOINTING when you're taken advantage of when buying a new vehicle. It's transactions like the one my wife and I had at Phillips Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram that give reputable dealerships a bad name. No, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone (unless money doesn't matter to you). That's why I selected a screen name of STAYAWAY! P.S. The only person that tried to help us with our trade in, final purchase price for the new vehicle and financing was Willem Riley (he gets 5 stars). More
