I had a terrible experience at the phillips dealership. The sales department blatantly lied about the vehicle's condition and features. The General Manager made several promises to resolve the issues, but The sales department blatantly lied about the vehicle's condition and features. The General Manager made several promises to resolve the issues, but none were kept. The lack of customer service was evident throughout the process, making the car buying experience extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car buying experience. More
