Clean dealership with quick service but wasn’t impressed with the text message updates and click on features to have services added to your car. I would have preferred to meet my service manager face to fac with the text message updates and click on features to have services added to your car. I would have preferred to meet my service manager face to face and I had difficulty with the text and I wanted my engine filter replaced and it never happened. Austin handled me prior over the phone and was fantastic. Everything he promised to do for me was done. I gave Kevin a 3 star rating due to the fact I never met him and a requested service was missed on my visit because of the text message system. I’d go back to person to person communication. I’d like to make a suggestion. If this isn’t customary I feel a complementary wash should be included with service especially in winter. More
