Very shortly afterwards, they explained how there was uneven wear occurring, which explained why it was not noticed at my last, recent appointment. He explained in detail what were the most probably reasons and recommended the next best course of action. A quick review, after inspecting the brake area, provided the cause of the problem and again Mark took his time helping me to understand how it could have occurred and what needed to be done, what was urgent and could be possibly put off for me to reschedule and have fixed later, depending on my budget. They estimated the price and time required, and both came in under budget. He kept me well informed and it was so good to get back into my vehicle and have the noise gone. Problem solved. More

I was a During the most recent 30,000 mile periodic service about a year ago,, the mechanic recommended changing the rear bushings on my 2002 Camry. I was advised that this repair was not "critical' but if not done, a major expense could result in the future. During a recent oil change, the mechanic did a test drive and again recommended the need for replacing the bushings to provide a smoother less noisy ride over bumpy roads. He provided an estimate of the cost. I then checked this estimate on the internet and found that it was very reasonable. I just returned from having the bushings replaced and the cost was essentially the same as the estimate. My experience during 17 years of using Luther to do all repairs and maintenance on my Camry has been excellent. Lurther mechanics only recommend repairs that are needed right away and/or eventually. Luther keeps accurate records so that duplicate maintenance repairs are avoided! I keep similar backup records to assure myself that expensive periodic maintenance repairs are not done unless justified by subsequent mileage. As a result, although my Camry has over 166,000 miles on it, I am always comfortable that it will start and operate reliably during very cold winter periods or while traveling on long trips of 1000 miles or more. More

I’m happy to be back! I just had my 2013 van that I purchased from Rudy Luther serviced here (Nettie was my sales person and she was great!). The first two years of owners I just had my 2013 van that I purchased from Rudy Luther serviced here (Nettie was my sales person and she was great!). The first two years of ownership, I serviced my car here because I received free oil changes with my purchase. I always had good experiences. However, it is a bit of a drive, so when the free services ended, so did my visits. I’ve been to other mechanics since, and just recently returned - I’m so glad I did! Jason was so helpful for selecting snow tires, and Kevin helped with all of the other repairs. (100,000 miles and two recalls) I was treated so kindly and I am very satisfied! My car is working well, but if I ever decided to get a new car, I am coming back here again! I’ve been treated with such kindness and courtesy! Thank you Jason, Kevin, Nettie & Rudy Luther!" More

completed recall & diagnosed gas smells Had strong gas fumes inside the car. Ran all tests to try to determine what the issue was. Did not find a problem with the car, and then they cleaned with the ozone cleaner. The smell is gone but do not know what caused it. Also completed the transmission recall. The car is working fine and was pleased with the serviced. More
