Aside from a glut of cars coming in at apparently the same time, delaying the start of my appointment, Zach took care of my Toyota and me yesterday. Aside from a glut of cars coming in at apparently the same time, delaying the start of my appointment, the experience was outstanding: Zach made it so. He greeted me like an old friend, and he continued to behave that way with each interaction. He reviewed the diagnostic tests with me, and he gave me good counsel on what to do and what could be deferred. Some day, I'll buy a new car. Unfortunately, it won't be a Toyota, because there is no new Venza or other crossover for me to consider. Too bad. More
