I appreciate the problem with my auto being found and fixed when other mechanics were not able to do so. I disappointed me that I had to make the contact to find out a part was placed on back order and fixed when other mechanics were not able to do so. I disappointed me that I had to make the contact to find out a part was placed on back order and I would not receive my repaired car back as previously promised. Then, I, again had to make the contact to find out my vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up. At the very least, I should have been contacted each time instead of I needing to do so. More
