So. ...there is a good sales process...but they sell you a warranty with your car. The powertrain warranty is NOT worth it! It's all a scam! Kenny was absolutely amazing. Really listened to our needs. Helping us really get the car we hard our heart set on. Did not force the sale or apply pressure, went with our tempo.
