Daniel lied to the salesperson to secure the deal, said the vehicle would be financed at 8%, then later, we found out that the vehicle was being financed at 20% despite my mother putting down a substantial amount of money. Stay away from this place at all costs. Nothing about them is transparent. They are calculating vultures with an intentional agenda to make an extreme profit from customers. They are dishonest and unscrupulous in every way. We later learned that Daniel is not even a sales manager, but is actually a service manager. See how dishonest that is. He is not a sales manager, so why was he involved with the deal. Exactly! Not transparent and had a scheme to rob an elderly woman, who by the way, would be paying nearly 100,000 for the duration of the loan if she does not refinance at some point. Unbelievable! The sad thing is, these people have families, but are willing to take advantage of others as if it is okay. Look at some of the other unfavorable reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. and see how they want you to use their bank instead of yours. You know why? Because this is where they mark up the prices to make an unfair profit from you, the customer. The dealership works with their banks to put more money in their pockets. They do not have morals. All they see is profit! profit! profit! More

He made a bogus phone call to the bank under the pretense of getting the interest rate down, then gets off the bogus call and told us that he was not able to get a deal. Everyone knew that the phone call was bogus. My mother is in her 70's and he could have cared less that during the duration of the loan, an elderly woman would be paying nearly 100,000 for the vehicle. I would stay away from this place at all costs. Unscrupolous business practices, inhumane and dishonest in every way. What goes around comes around and life has a way of bringing us down when we have done wrong to hurt others. Remember this when it happens. He even had the monthly payment wrong, said he would correct it and never did. No integrity whatsoever. To think that a person is comfortable with operating in this type of manner is very disturbing.and mind boggling. More

It took over a month for the sales rep to finally reach out and advise that I need to now process the claim myself after the claim was already made through heritage. More
