She purchased the most expensive vehicle on the lot and put down 36,300 in cash for a 2023 Range Rover Velar. Daniel lied to the salesperson to secure the deal, said the vehicle would be financed at 8%, then later, we found out that the vehicle was being financed at 20% despite my mother putting down a substantial amount of money. Stay away from this place at all costs. Nothing about them is transparent. They are calculating vultures with an intentional agenda to make an extreme profit from customers. They are dishonest and unscrupulous in every way. We later learned that Daniel is not even a sales manager, but is actually a service manager. See how dishonest that is. He is not a sales manager, so why was he involved with the deal. Exactly! Not transparent and had a scheme to rob an elderly woman, who by the way, would be paying nearly 100,000 for the duration of the loan if she does not refinance at some point. Unbelievable! The sad thing is, these people have families, but are willing to take advantage of others as if it is okay. Look at some of the other unfavorable reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. and see how they want you to use their bank instead of yours. You know why? Because this is where they mark up the prices to make an unfair profit from you, the customer. The dealership works with their banks to put more money in their pockets. They do not have morals. All they see is profit! profit! profit! More
