Great Experience! Not like most other dealerships!! I had heard great things about this dealership and wanted to visit them but they did not have the vehicle we were looking for. After going to another dealer and having a terrible experience I called Sapaugh to see if they could locate and price my vehicle. Rick Gerber found exactly what we were looking for and at a better price than what we had seen. Kevin Stanfill was the salesman we dealt with for our trade in and purchase. It really didn't matter who we spoke to in the process, they were able to help us with our purchase and knew exactly what was going on. We had already decided on a model and test driven the vehicle so we were able to do the pricing over the phone. Arrived at the dealership to inspect the vehicle and sign paperwork. Very relaxing and comfortable experience. No haggling and feeling like you are getting conned like other places seem to do! Will definitely recommend them and go there first for any future purchases.
