Kevin Suarez was my service advisor and he was excellent. He was professional, cordial and welcomed me with a smile. I was in and out of the service department in a very timely manner even though there was a temporary malfunction with the hydraulic lifts in the shop. Kevin, kept me well informed and provided great customer service to me and his other customers. It is because of Kevin and his exceptional customer service I will return to Findlay Honda Henderson for all of my vehicle repairs. I will make sure I share my experience with all of my friends and family as well. A big thank you to Kevin Suarez, Carlos Siancas-Copell, who was very helpful while checking out, and Findlay Honda Service department for a great experience. Thanks again and have a great day. I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for over 15 years, but sadly the experience has gone completely downhill. What used to feel like a trustworthy place to buy and service cars has now turned into years, but sadly the experience has gone completely downhill. What used to feel like a trustworthy place to buy and service cars has now turned into an unprofessional, frustrating, and frankly predatory environment. During my most recent visit, I encountered miscellaneous line items they could not explain, and when I questioned them, I was met with vague answers and dismissive attitudes. It’s especially concerning how predatory their behavior has become toward women, making the process feel even more uncomfortable. The car-buying process itself was chaotic. Instead of dealing with one knowledgeable salesperson, I was bombarded by seven different people contacting me in just 24 hours. None of them on the same page, and all creating unnecessary stress. The entire process felt disorganized and pushy rather than professional and supportive. More
