I picked this Lexus of Sharon due to online 5 starts rating from previous customers even-thought it was an hour away from my place. I had a very good experience and a warm welcome guest from Kevin Tonth rating from previous customers even-thought it was an hour away from my place. I had a very good experience and a warm welcome guest from Kevin Tonthat (Sale man) plus a very nice hospitality staffs especially from cafeteria will go around and ask to server you a drink. There was no bargain (in my case) back and forth like years ago happened on every dealership and I hope they’re honest their already fixed smart price. I think my price was fair! Within 3 days from my first purchased I did swap to another car without any hassle/problem at all and I loved this option. There was a little bit dislike and I wish they’ll fix it by online posting note that you will have to pay for documents fee again once you exchange for another car within their guarantee time frame posting online that will help people with low budget like me to think twice before returning to exchange for another car. Again, Thanks Kevin Tonthat for your professional services and I’d recommend to friends & families about this Herb Chamber Lexus of Sharon. More
