I visited the Sharon location back in November to see the new ES 250 and Kevin helped me out. He was very knowledgeable about the car and really wanted to sell it to me then, but I wasn't ready yet. He sti new ES 250 and Kevin helped me out. He was very knowledgeable about the car and really wanted to sell it to me then, but I wasn't ready yet. He still took the time to answer all my questions and introduced me to the sales manager as well. I told him that I'd be ready around spring 2022 and I'd connect with him then. I'm sure salesman hear that line a lot, but I really meant it. I contacted Kevin in early February and he was surprised to hear from me. He told me he had an ES 250 coming in toward the end of February and he sent me the specs on it. Once I reviewed it and liked it, he told me I could place an amount down to hold it. Kevin kept me informed the whole way and once the car came in, I came into to see it and we closed the deal. This was by far the easiest car sale I've ever had. Kevin and Sanjay helped to make this a great experience. I love my car and the service I received. More
