Customer Service not the best On January 11 I took my 2019 Nissan to get oil change and inquire about repairing the side molding that was loose and becoming deattached from the ve On January 11 I took my 2019 Nissan to get oil change and inquire about repairing the side molding that was loose and becoming deattached from the vehicle. My Service Advisor Taylor Brownsaid part had to be ordered and could be replaced the next Saturday and she would call and confirm and setup a time on Monday the 13 I didn’t receive a call . I called her on the 16 she was not at work and was told by another Advisor and Parts Department Advisor no part had been ordered for my vehicle. I spoke with my Sales Advisor Kevin Valentine he said he would contact Ms Brown I called Ms Brown on the 17 and she was not at work . I contacted Mr Valentine again on the 22 he stated he had ask Ms Brown and text her asking her to contact me and stated he would contact Nick Service Manager, I received a call on the 23 from Ms Brown confirmation for Saturday 24 During my visit Ms Brown made no effort to apologize and Mr Valentine tried to imply it was a misunderstanding between myself and Ms Brown. I am a Customer and expect to be treated with the best Customer Service possible., if this is the best Customer Service I will pass on getting my vehicle serviced at Newton Nissan. CJ More
