My journey began with a web search on Newton's website over the weekend for a Nissan Maxima. I was really just day dreaming at the time. Well, Monday, a very nice man named Riley Groves gave me a call a over the weekend for a Nissan Maxima. I was really just day dreaming at the time. Well, Monday, a very nice man named Riley Groves gave me a call and we talked about the 3 Maxima's I was dreaming about and he offered some great advice, some great info and ran my pre-approval info. He, to my excitement, said it was possible that I may be able to get one of those Maximas. Riley set me an appointment with Kevin Valentine. Kevin met me out in the lot and we drove the car I had my eye set on. He was very nice and chatted with me while we drove around. He was worried, the numbers wouldn't match what my husband wanted, but we continued on. Kevin explained the fancy keyless items on the car and made me and my husband feel welcome and comfortable at the dealership. Once at Kevin's office, my husband did the talking. We knew I loved the car, but the money was his point, so he and Kevin talked back and forth (with lots of jokes) and we got to the number that meant I was leaving the dealer with that car THAT night!! I was so excited and shocked. Still am really. Bruce Moss helped me out with all my finance paperwork, assured me that this was all happening :) and that I really was getting a new car (and getting rid of my dreaded van). He explained all of the paperwork, some extras he thought would be best for me to add...and patiently waited for me and my husband to text about adding the extras onto the loan. :) Everyone I met at the dealer on Monday night, while buying my Maxima, was great. Everyone made me feel welcome and I never felt like anyone was there to "make" me buy a car. Thank you Riley for calling me, this dream probably would not have gone this far without your call. Thank you Kevin for listening to me go on and on about the car, and the van I wanted to get rid of (haha). But thank you more for working with my husband on the price and making it possilble for me to have that brand spanking new Maxima I SOOOOO love! I wish I could pay Bruce for all his hard work ;), but he'll have to live with more paperwork from us, when we eventually get a new vehicle for my husband. :) Everyone was great. Not that I'm in a rush, but I hope my next purchase will also be with such great people. Thank you. More
