It didn't work. They took my license and registration so I couldn't leave unless I got it back Each time I asked I was told it would only be a few more minutes. I wanted the car and it took over 5 hrs. to finally get the papers signed and only after being pressed to purchase more warranties, glass ins., and ins. for the smog device costing thousands of $ - which I didn't purchase. I was promised a detail of the car again and a full tank of gas. Neither were done. I was so fed up I left with the car because if I pressed for the gas and wash I might be there for another couple of hours. I will not recommend them or deal with them again. More
