Purchased a lifetime oil change during finance. I told him my daughter was taking the car to Utah for school. He said there were plenty of dealerships in Utah. After getting the run around from Lithia care with multiple calls, they finally cancelled my contract and refunded me 70% of the contract amount. Turns outs I paid $212 for an oil change. Never will buy another car from Roseville Toyota or Lithia auto group. The customer service is awful and their warranty and other services offered during finance are sketchy. Sold me something worthless. More

I’ve had experiences in the past with salesman who just wanted to make a sale but Dung is there to serve. He actually cares to provide a great experience and to treat others with respect.
