Peter Lustgarten, owner of Concordville Subaru, should be ashamed to have Moe Laraki sitting as General Manager of his delearship. Moe Laraki exuded arrogance and haughtiness. Moe ordered not only the wrong ashamed to have Moe Laraki sitting as General Manager of his delearship. Moe Laraki exuded arrogance and haughtiness. Moe ordered not only the wrong exterior car color, but interior color, as well, for a near $40,000 car I waited for for over a month. Mistakes are understandable, but Moe’s dismissiveness, rudeness, and inability to take responsibility for his own mistakes is inexcusable. There are several reviews floating around the internet reiterating my experience first hand of Moe’s behavior, and it should be believed. I have yet to receive a formal apology from Moe. Concordville Subaru should be deeply embarrassed to have Moe Laraki sitting in such a high position within their company. Do better, Peter Lustgarten. More

I had an absolutely terrible experience!! The impatience, and passive-aggressive attitude was so bad from Mr. Malik, and the assistant manager, Mr. Gilley sent to tell me, that he was sent by Mr. Malik, beca and passive-aggressive attitude was so bad from Mr. Malik, and the assistant manager, Mr. Gilley sent to tell me, that he was sent by Mr. Malik, because I was taking too long of a time. I could feel it all cutting like a knife through the air, especially when I decided that I would prefer not to buy a used vehicle, and to buy a new vehicle!!!! When Mr. Stevens asked another man if the Subaru Wilderness was still in the lot, because I wanted to take a look at it, this person's attitude towards Mr. Stevens was less than favorable. The way he answered was nasty. Just Ugly!! Mr. Stevens was a delight to work with. I felt comfortable, he was nice. He did not display a passive aggressive attitude towards me while I was there. I did not feel rushed, carted off, and I was able to test drive what I had in mind to purchase. All of you folks who I named were absolutely nasty towards Mr. Stevens and I. I heard it in your voices, I watched your body languages, and the underhanded, snide remarks...SMH. I was able to still do business at another Subaru business, not too far from there on West Chester Pike. They were more than happy to assist me, and not get pissed because I did not want to purchase a used vehicle when I sat back, and thought about it. Nor did they tell me that I had to make a down payment in the thousands. They did not tell me that any down payment I made on a vehicle that i would have to wait 3 months for, they would keep if I changed my mind, and came across another vehicle that I decided to purchase, they did not tell me that I was taking too long to get things done, and therefore thought that there was a problem, and basically shooing the salesperson out of the way, causing me to feel there was animosity, discomfort, and turned off. I will never again visit your place of business!!! I guarantee it!! More

Where to begin?? I got a used car. Days after my purchase multiple things were wrong with the car. Air bag lights were flashing, when I allied the brakes the steering wheel shakes, my heat doesn't work, chec multiple things were wrong with the car. Air bag lights were flashing, when I allied the brakes the steering wheel shakes, my heat doesn't work, check engine light was on, car needed to be reprogrammed. Then was told I could go to any mazda dealership, come to find out that was wrong. Mazda gave me a complimentary Loaner car from enterprise, then to come find out they are saying I'm responsible for that (which I WILL NOT PAY FOR!!) they said I have to wait 60 days before I can go to any mazda dealership for repairs which I wasn't aware of!! Why should I already need repairs when I purchased the car a couple days ago. I literally drove it 20 mins down to my sisters for Christmas and to wawa which is 3 mins down the road.. Honestly I've had my fair share of bad car experiences and this Honestly has to be THE WORST!! the only good part was my salesman BILL! HE was very nice and educating on anything I needed. !! I usually don't do any bad reviews but I'm livid with this car and now I'm suck with it, I can already forsee this is going to be a ongoing issue with different things. Probably why they were trying to sell it if you ask me. Then they towed my from car maxfa dealership with out even giving me a phone call!! I'm actually pretty irrated. 😤😤😡😡🙄🙄🤦♀️🤦♀️ More

Dealership is nice. People are nice and friendly. My experience as to purchasing a car was ok at first everyone did whatever they needed to get the deal closed then after they forgot about you. No foll experience as to purchasing a car was ok at first everyone did whatever they needed to get the deal closed then after they forgot about you. No follow up no thank you, except a salesperson Anthony asked how the car was and he was not even a part of my deal go figure. I wish I had used him as my salesperson for just that he deserved the commission on my sale. Some sales people there would be best to have some customer service training. Don't just get the sale but follow up and see if the customer is satisfied, etc. I still need to ask the person who got my sale if a part came in yet and he says he will check but I still haven't heard any update. Khaled has been great in getting my car fixed as it needed. Tim was great as well. So I would suggest follow up, thank the customer for your sale and follow up on items you may be waiting for on a vehicle, the customer needs not to be calling you about these things. More
