Khaled, my salesman, was very helpful and not at all pushy. He knew a lot about the minivan I bought, even though it wasn’t a Ford! Scott, the finance manager, was also kind, helpful, and not pushy. I took off a star because the dealership wouldn’t accept a cashiers check from my credit union- and getting it refinanced from their preferred lender is a pain. Seems like a scam for them to make an extra buck. More
