The gentleman who assis I just wanted to compliment the professionalism, courtesy and quick service performed by the Goodson Acura Service Department. The gentleman who assisted me was Khang Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen greeted me professionally and took the time to listen to concerns about my car and answered my questions regarding the service performed on my ILX. Once my questions were answered, they got to work on my car and the service/repair took only one (1) hour. More

Waste of time Bought 4 tires from Goodson >1000. Service person said I had same road hazard warranty offered by dscount. Spent precious time I did not have haggling Bought 4 tires from Goodson >1000. Great and quick Service Khang was helpful and answered my questions honesty. The receiving staff was polite too. Service was quick. The only thing I noticed, a small drawb Khang was helpful and answered my questions honesty. The receiving staff was polite too. Service was quick. The only thing I noticed, a small drawback, was about the wash. Parts of the rear still gas Dirt and spots not wiped. But then again, it’s a Courtesy CAR wash so I can’t really complain. Overall, I liked my first Service visit. Thanks y’all. More

Great service experience I took my RDX in for a car wash and it was about due for an oil change. They were able to also get the oil change done while I was there and I spent I took my RDX in for a car wash and it was about due for an oil change. They were able to also get the oil change done while I was there and I spent very little time waiting. They are always so helpful and professional at this dealership. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
