"IMPRESSIVE" I live in Plano but rather drive to Goodson Acura of Dallas to service my TSX and ILX. Pre-Trip Check Great service and pre-trip check. The check found a nail in one of my tires which in all likelihood would have resulted in a flat tire somewhere on my Great service and pre-trip check. The check found a nail in one of my tires which in all likelihood would have resulted in a flat tire somewhere on my road trip. The tire needed to be replaced within a few weeks anyway due to an upcoming inspection but it was great to know the service dept was looking out for safety. More

Great Goodson did a great job and they made it easy for me to get my vehicle serviced. They promised it would be around an hour for an oil change and tire Goodson did a great job and they made it easy for me to get my vehicle serviced. They promised it would be around an hour for an oil change and tire rotation and they also washed my car, as they do every time. It was great service. More

Awesome Service Khang and the rest of the service team are always great and provide the best customer service anywhere. I've been to other Acura dealerships outside o Khang and the rest of the service team are always great and provide the best customer service anywhere. I've been to other Acura dealerships outside of the Dallas area and the level of customer support is like night and day, the complete opposite. I've been a Goodson customer for the past 14 years and will continue to use them for all my future needs. Great job Goodson! More
