For instance, when you drive up for servicing, you are greeted with a smile by a Greeter. Next, when you talk to a Service Advisor, they are highly capable of answering any questions or concerns you may have. Finally, the Customer Service department houses friendly people who not only take time to chat, but they will also thank you and tell you to have a great day. Oh, allow me to add, while waiting on your vehicle to be serviced: 1) If you're needing privacy while in the Waiting Room, you will find a separate room attached. 2) If you need a snack, they are available. 3) If you want to watch television, you can. 4) If you need space to spread out, you have it.
All in all, you will find being a customer at Goodson Acura of Dallas is a wonderful experience! Try them, you will find that I am correct about everything that I stated!
