All of the gentlemen that I worked with provided my wife and I with an exceptional level of customer ser I worked with William, Khanh, Sang, and Tito. All of the gentlemen that I worked with provided my wife and I with an exceptional level of customer service. They made this experience by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They all went above and beyond to help my wife and I purchase the vehicle that we need for our growing company. I highly recommend this dealership due to the exceptional service these gentlemen provided. More

KHAN HO is the BOMB! I've been through 4 dealership prior to coming to Nissan of Elk Grove. Same day when I walked out of my car, feeling tired, hopeless and almost at the I've been through 4 dealership prior to coming to Nissan of Elk Grove. Same day when I walked out of my car, feeling tired, hopeless and almost at the end of the day.... Khan Ho appeared and greeted me with a smile feeling like we've known each other for a long time. I told him what my budget and showed me what he think is BEST CAR for my budget. Test drove and went to the car park to check for some car colors. He's very knowledgeable, convincing, real and most of all "Funny". That makes my day and all the tiredness and hopelessness in that same day are all gone. When you talk to him it feels like a show "entertaining" "joke around" "high fives" and "fast paced" negotiation he never hold you like a prisoner unlike other sales reps. He even offered me free car wash every time I go there and assured to help me if any problems arise on my recent purchase. Everything went well and he even accompanied to drive the new car to my house since I was driving my ML350. Afterwards, I drove him back to the dealership to drop him off. After a week, we met again and guaranteed my satisfaction whenever anything bad happens or if anything I need like maintenance, car wash, etc. We didn't know each other but now I made another true friend at him. You're the BOMB of Nissan of Elk Grove KHAN HO! Very much satisfied and willing to refer to someone who needs assistance in buying their car. Wish you all the best and more power. More

I came into Elk Grove Nissan interested in purchasing a 2014 Nissan Altima after reading Edmunds.com and other webpages where the car came highly recommended. Maverick, Kahn, and Christiana were extremely helpful in each part of the process. I was able to test drive the specific model I was interested in and was provided options and financing which met my needs. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and worked very hard to give me a good deal. I really appreciated and enjoyed all of the excellent customer service that I obtained from Elk Grove Nissan. I definitely felt like a valued customer and overall felt that this was an exceptional car buying experience. I look forward to doing business with Elk Grove Nissan in the future and would absolutely recommend friends and family to this dealership. I was very impressed with each individual's level of service, courtesousness, and friendliness. More

I bought a 2014 Altima SV in November 2013. Let me share with you my awesome experience with Nissan of Elk Grove. Vu Huynh and Dannielle Fraizer provided me with exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond to not only satisfy all of my needs, but made the vehicle purchase process very convenient and smooth for me. I never felt pressured to buy a car. Dannielle and Vu were very organized. They provided me with auto quotes based on the various financing and vehicle options. They were very friendly and I appreciated the warm welcome! Honestly, the biggest turn off for me is for a dealership representative to come on strong and pressure me into making a decision that I am not comfortable with. I will attest that you will never receive that treatment at the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership. Vu Huynh made my day when he was able to find a 2014 silver Altima SV! The customer service that Vu provided did not end after I left the dealership. He remembered my top color preference and continued to search all over Northern California for it. Silver is such a high demand color and the supply is usually scarce. I couldn't believe Vu somehow found one for me! He worked his magic! I previously bought a 2012 Altima from Khanh Ho in 2012. He was my sales rep then. My parents also bought their 2003 Nissan Maxima from Khanh. It is always a pleasure to see Khanh. He takes care of me like a family member. Khanh detailed the car and helped with the vehicle prep. I really enjoy giving Khanh a "high-five" because he's a really cool guy. I always receive smiles every time I see him. I love my 2014 Altima SV so much!!! I have shared my wonderful experience with my family, friends, and co-workers. I will continue making recommendations for them to come down to Nissan of Elk Grove! Imagine dreading buying a car because most of your past experiences have been anything but fun. The last car I bought was a Saturn because I hated the haggling part of dealing for a car, and Saturn, at th experiences have been anything but fun. The last car I bought was a Saturn because I hated the haggling part of dealing for a car, and Saturn, at that time, offered no-haggle pricing. Now, with the Saturn brand gone and me needing a new car, I dove back in to car-buying by using the internet as a tool for research, and a way to avoid having to go to dealerships with all the hassle I'd felt in the past. I found several dealerships that I began to shop with and negotiate with online and by phone, but, purely by chance, found myself out in Elk Grove to visit a favorite restaurant near the Elk Grove Auto Mall. Since I had been curious about a Nissan Versa as one of my possible choices, I decided to drop by Nissan of Elk Grove (I'd seen their huge billboard often on Highway 99) and check out the car in person, hoping to avoid being pounced on by sales staff. As it turned out, I was able to comfortably park my car, check out car models, and relax while doing so--sales staff that approached me never pressured me, just answered questions and asked that I let them know if I wanted to take a test drive or had any more questions. I was surprised by the lack of pressure, and spent more time looking around than I had intended to. The next thing that surprised me was the clear--and low--pricing freely and openly displayed in large decal numbers on two of the Versa models I'd been interested in, the hatchback and sedan--I happened to know from internet research that these prices were very good, well below MSRP (they included rebates advertised at the time, too, but were even lower than that), so that impressed me as well. I didn't have time to take a test drive, but I took a business card from Omar Bubakar, and decided to include the dealership in my search despite not having found them on the internet, solely because of the relaxed nature of visiting there. There's a lot more to this story, but what ended up happening is that I bought my car from Khan Ho and Omar, my sales team there, both of whom were fun, easy to talk to, and even enjoyable to negotiate with! When it came down to Nissan of Elk Grove and one other Nissan dealership I was negotiating with on the phone, I ended up deciding to go with Khan and Omar as much for their personalities and attentiveness as for the final price--although they came through with a great deal there, too. After I made the decision to buy, I continued to be amazed by everyone at the dealership for their attention to my specific needs and questions and the checkout process--from my sales team of Omar and Khan, to Dave, the General Mgr, Grant, the Finance Mgr, Chris in Parts, and Glenda, the DMV liaison--everyone was terrific, to the last person. The purchase process was fast and much more hassle-free than I expected, the delivery easy, and the follow-up since has maintained that standard of excellence, too, including calls from Nissan corporate as well. Keep in mind, too, that I was buying one of their least expensive cars, so it amazed me even more to realize I was getting that kind of attention and focus--it made me feel that ALL customers are likely to get the same treatment, and that's impressive. Simply put, I highly recommend Nissan of Elk Grove, and everyone there! More

I kid you not, if you were to look up awesome dealership in the dictionary, you would find Nissan of Elk Grove for the definition. My dealer Khan Ho was so awesome, I would highly recommend him to anyone th in the dictionary, you would find Nissan of Elk Grove for the definition.
