Khanh is super patient, friendly and really strives to make sure his customers are well taken care of. He gave me many options, told me his truthful opinion about certain things, and made sure I was comfortable with my car choice. All the workers here greeted my mom and I with a warm welcome. As a young adult, buying a new car is scary but Khanh and the workers of Nissan of Elk Grove made this experience exciting and memorable. I love my new Nissan Sentra! More

We spent 4 hours across the street at Elk Grove Subaru Ok, we spent time MOSTLY sitting around at a table, waiting, Only to be told that we had to come back the next day. In frustration we walked across to Elk Grove Nissan. We where welcomed as we walked up by a swarm of friendly, helpfull, happy sales people. We where introduced to KHAN HO the most personable, friendly, knowledgable and immediately told us we would leave there that evening in a car for us. He worked with us, and we where only looking for a used car. We drove away from Elk Grove Nissan in a brand NEW 2019 NISSAN ROGUE SV all wheel drive. Verses the used 2015 stick shift, that Subaru sales poeple offered us that cost almost as much. Now KHAN and the Financial Officer Shay Briggs, worked expediantly to get us in a car this evening and it only took two hours for a price we could afford and the the type of vehicle that we needed. We are VERY PLEASED and Grateful for the professionalism and courtesy that Khan and Shay treated us with. What a difference between the two auto dealers. When your in need of a car, go to Elk Grove Nissan and ask for Khan Ho. You will not regret it. We are stoked with our NEW CAR. BTW, personal note to the NISSAN employees outside you greeted us with smiles and welcomed us, you where friendly and you got us to the poeple who could help us get in a vehicle that matched our needs.
