I bought my leaf from carmax so I really didn’t get any information on it and was kind of nervous and lost. Then I met Jay YU and Darian Lim they were more than happy to answer my questions and give me advice even tho they were on the move they where willing to give me there personal time and consideration spending probably more time than they had to spare to help make me feel comfortable about my purchase. He led us inside of the dealership and offered us a seat and something to drink. He brought the vehicles to the front for the test drives. Peter is very knowledgeable with Nissan vehicles. He was able to give me thorough information about the vehicles and was even able to address some of my concerns. During the test drive I felt very comfortable and never felt pressured. Khan is the individual that we sat down with after we had narrowed down our vehicle selections. He was able to assist in the pros and cons of the selections. He also addressed some of my concerns about the vehicles. He's very sincere and tell things are they are. He is also very knowledgeable and everything that he stated were facts and his explanations were very reasonable. He is very pleasant to work with and we never felt pressured. Shay assisted in finalizing the paperwork. She is very professional and easy to work with. She gave us detailed explanation of services and packages. Filling out paperwork went seamlessly with Shay. We simply went in and then out with a new car. This is a solid team to work with and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering buying a new or used car. More
