I usually prefer not to leave bad reviews, but the “Service” Department at Wayne Akers Ford has truly earned it. Dropped off my Ford F150 with 10000 miles on it an “scheduled” maintenance at 08:00 AM. “Service” Department at Wayne Akers Ford has truly earned it. Dropped off my Ford F150 with 10000 miles on it an “scheduled” maintenance at 08:00 AM. Service advisor Khristian Ramirez told me the vehicle would be ready in an hour and a half. I decided to wait at my house. By 2:00PM I had no received a call and/or message from the service department. I attempted to call the service department on more than 10 different occasions and no one would pick up the phone. Ultimately, I ended up having to go IN PERSON to check on the status of my vehicle after a simple oil change. When I arrived at the dealership, I found out Khristian had left and did not even hesitate to give me an update on my vehicle. Additionally, they had not even started the oil change on my vehicle and Khristian forgot to mention a vehicle diagnosis could take up to one day. More
