I enjoyed car shopping at Germain Honda of Surprise from the moment I drove up to the front. Robert Pitman introduced himself, He and Kara Ruiz listened to where I was coming from and what I needed. They know their motor vehicles, not just Honda, but also my Subaru to trade in, and others out there on the roads. After Kiara helped me try out and select my new CRV (EX model in metallic Powder River Blue), finance office expert Evan Winje helped me through my payment and paperwork that might be a unique situation. Meanwhile, the crew behind the scenes gave my new car a final polish and set it up for me to drive out. Before I left, Kiara walked me through the personalized settings on electronics for the way I like things. This car is wonderful, every bit as good as the reviews that I read when thinking about a new car. And the dealership experience was the best I've experienced in 50 years of driving.
