Purchased an 83k dodge viper from them online. Dealer stated no leaks and the ac worked. The car was then delivered on a very poor towing rig that when he was unloading the car damaged the front Dealer stated no leaks and the ac worked. The car was then delivered on a very poor towing rig that when he was unloading the car damaged the front end. The shipper didnt even have the tools to unload the car I had to do most of the work. The car was worth more than everything on the trailer including the trailer and truck hauling it. The car smelled like antifreeze when running and the ac was not charged. Had the leaked fixed and ac recharged and kearns will not fix the problem. Stated the car was not leaking but seeping antifreeze and it was unfair to ask them to pay for something they said didnt leak. Apparently a seep is not a leak...They were very happy to take my money but not deliver a car with a competent shipping company and not fix the problems with the car. I would stay away from this dealer. Now i have to take more time and money to see if the shippers insurance is even legit since he wont answer any of my calls and im sure i will get stuck with this bill as well. Also had problems with the title since it was signed in the wrong places. They will tell you what you want to hear and leave you high and dry. If i could give negative stars i would. I cant understand how a companys stay in business like this. Its unfair to spend 83k and get lied to. More

I don’t have the correct words to really describe how strong this 5 star review is. I found a car I might be interested in online and got a call that I could meet with Shane the same day. As I was driving to the dealership, my car misfired and I was stuck on the side of a highway with cars flying by at 70mph with my scared 4 year old daughter with me. When I called Shane to let him know I’d be late he immediately sprang into action knowing he needed to help. He grabbed the car I was going to test drive anyways and rescued my daughter & I from the roadside. I got the car seat into the vehicle and we were on our way. After a nice drive around I knew 1 thing, this was the family valued salesman I was going to buy from no matter what car we picked - but even better the car that rescued me from my old car was the car for us. The whole process was so easy and Shane and his coworkers made it a seamless experience. I could not recommend this dealership, and specifically Shane more highly. My daughter & I are now safe, happy, and excited to drive off in our new to us 2019 Nissan Kicks! Today is Good Friday, and it was a Good Friday indeed.
