Huge shout out to Sam E. On the purchase of our 2022 Cadillac Escalade!! I have never been a fan of dealing with car salesmen until I met Sam. He was extremely professional a On the purchase of our 2022 Cadillac Escalade!! I have never been a fan of dealing with car salesmen until I met Sam. He was extremely professional and chill from the beginning. The first day we walked into Kearns to test drive I told my husband that this was the place and Sam was the "guy"! We had the best experience from test driving to finalizing everything. Sam E., Daniel J. & Tim went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and I thank you for making this such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Kearns. They will not disappoint!! More

If buying a vehicle from Kearns auto, be prepared. These people are professional, used car salesman, and if I was to do it again, I would take a professional car buyer with me to negotiate. I haven’t These people are professional, used car salesman, and if I was to do it again, I would take a professional car buyer with me to negotiate. I haven’t purchased many vehicles in my life. The Escalade was detailed as well, as anything I’ve ever seen detailed. In fact, it looked brand new. It looked so good in fact that I didn’t notice hidden damage on the rocker panels. Before I knew it was as damaged as it is, I brought it to their attention and felt they considered it a non-issue. They didn’t really want to talk about it when I expressed my concern. When I got the vehicle home and washed it, there was rusty water, running out of the rocker panels. I consulted an expert body repairman, he told me the rocker panels, hence the unibody, are rusted beyond repair unless I want to spend 4-5, $6000.00. In fact, he said, I can just about put my finger right through it. When I returned the next day to pick up the vehicle I had left there, and told my salesman, Shane, about this issue, he said, take some pictures and he’ll take it to his boss and see what he can do. I did all of that. Long story short, after speaking with one of the managers, Tim, they basically told me to get lost. In the aftermath, here just a few weeks later, they look much worse than they did. I believe they cleaned up the rockers to make them look decent, but knew that they weren’t good. Since rocker panels are part of the structural integrity of this vehicle, I feel the dealership should either pay to have them repaired or let me return the vehicle. On the buyers guide, they marked the unibody as legal. I do not believe it’s legal in this condition. The vehicle is it listed on the buyers guide as the sound system/entertainment system is working. In fact, Sirius XM does not work. This was determined by Sirius XM themselves. The threshold lights on both front doors do not work. There are several other issues to include a growling Transmission and a suspension system that’s questionable. I know when buying a car, it’s buyer beware, but I believe that you have to trust the dealership to some point. Especially when they have 300-$500,000 cars for sale sitting all around the dealership. I guess in this case, I was mistaken. It’s very difficult to ascertain the condition of a vehicle on a 10 minute test drive and a visual inspection. More

My name is Brian Newman I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel 11/24/23 Tommy was my salesman he was good 👍. After it went through their “SAFTY CHECK “I picked it up on the next Thursday 11/30/ 23 had to bring 11/24/23 Tommy was my salesman he was good 👍. After it went through their “SAFTY CHECK “I picked it up on the next Thursday 11/30/ 23 had to bring it back on 12/1/23 the transmission wouldn't shift and did mention about the fuel level sensor was acting up kearns put a new valve body and fluid in it thank you kearns .picked it back up on the 12/19/23 went to look at Christmas light FRONT DRIVER SIDE BREAK CALIPER LOCKED cooked the rotor and break pads .I personally bought the parts and did the work replaced both sides of the breaks. Kearns payed me back for the parts thank you kearns. it was originally from Canada so the owners manual was in French I bought one from eBay for $37.00i then bought a CAR FAX ($40.00)there are no services in Canada reported only when the title changed hands only services in Wisconsin when kearns did their SAFTY CHECK and service .I bought tires because they didn’t pass my safty check ($1700.00) Fuel level sensor / fuel pump that didn't get fixed after I bought the truck I then took it Reed Chrysler in Beaver dam on 2/8/24.had a new pump and pinion seal because it has been leaking long before I bought the truck Tow from my house $100.00 FUEL PUMP $700.79 Pinion seal $362.72 My advice crawl around under the truck/car do your own personal inspection and buy a CAR FAX and only buy US bought and serviced in the US .make sure all services have been done if not your buying someone’s problem child and those people haven’t changed the oil or serviced or opened the hood . Grand total $2940.51 & hours of my time dealing with my truck hopefully I have resolved all the problems with this truck SAFTY CHECK 👎 half of a star SALES👍 3.75 stars Shop 3.5 stars Rating 2.7 stars I hope this helps the buyer More

Kearns had a very good price on the car I was looking for. They were easy to work with over the phone and were even willing to give me a trade evaluation remotely.
