After looking at other dealerships for the specific I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing my 2017 A7 at Kearns Motor Car Co. ! After looking at other dealerships for the specifics that I knew I wanted and having overall bad experiences , I made a call early one Monday morning expressing interest in a vehicle which I had seen online at KMC , I spoke with Amos and explained that I had quite a drive to get to the dealership . I just flat out told Amos that If I were to come view the vehicle that it needed to be in excellent condition , without any hesitation he suggested that he would have the car washed and then perform a walk-around-video and point anything that he considered to be a flaw . Within forty-five minutes I was looking at a video with him pointing out two minor issues , we spoke again and I made the trek to Johnson Creek that same afternoon . Amos and I went for a test ride and during the drive he assured me that between the quality craftmanship of their shop and an outsourced wheel correction service , my expectations would be satisfied . The very next day I got a call that the work had been done and was ready for my evaluation , I made the trip and I marveled that the A7 was every bit the level I had been hoping to find if not better ! I worked with Amos , Kiefer , and Patrick in their various capacities within the organization and the very next day Amos Fiocchi and an associate delivered the vehicle to my home . Not only was the car brought to my residence , there was a session devoted to the MMI navigation system as well as setting me up in the way of bluetooth pairings . I'm sixty-five years old and never felt so comfortable purchasing a car ! Sincerely , Patrick More

On top of that, I purchased my 2019 Mercedes e63s AMG completely sight-unseen so I gave Amos and his team the trust to be completely honest with the car's condition and detail. I had a great experience there. My salesman, Gaston was very helpful. Took a test drive and decided I liked the Cadillac CTS and the finance team made it happen . First off ask for Danny! He went the extra mile for me. I live 6 states over from these guys and found a car they had on cargurus.com. He was honest, told me about the imperfections that I wouldn’t see on camera (remember I’m 6 states away) and then FaceTimes me for 45min going over the car and test driving it for me! I decided I wanted the car and they shipped it here in 2 days! The car is immaculate and drives like a dream. I listened to the reviews on here and took a chance but Danny’s excellent customer service and frankly the whole group really made sure the car was a 10/10 when I received it. Don’t hesitate to do business with these guys.. AND ASK FOR DANNY😁 More

Buyer beware. Was lied to about used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wasn’t told it came from Canada at auction! Was told it was serviced for several issues by Jeep in Wisconsin a few times before I bought Cherokee. Wasn’t told it came from Canada at auction! Was told it was serviced for several issues by Jeep in Wisconsin a few times before I bought and again before it was delivered. That was another lie. Was delivered a car with an open recall and upon further investigation reveals never went to Jeep for issues not starting and remote start not working before delivery as promised. Diesel Jeep was delivered with zero Def in it as well. They’ve had my Jeep now 9 days. Told me I’d have to pay them 11k to fix it and the next day it was 4K to fix possibly with a change in what was wrong. No return call from General Manager after repeated calls and messages. I’m going to have to call the Attorney General and BBB and DOT now because they lied about the cars history and work performed. 22k fine by Chrysler if Jeep Chrysler dealer doesn’t fix an open recall. Receptionist was rude as well. Regret ever buying there. More
