Absolutely the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever made thanks to Kiki! I saw a vehicle I was interested in and sent Kiki an email, which he responded quickly and we set up a date and time. After a test drive I decide this wasn't the right car for me. I told Kiki I needed some time to look for another model , Kiki said take you time and call when your ready, which I did about a week later. I test drove a new 2021 A5 Sportback which I fell in love with. We sat down and I told Kiki what packages, colors, interior and ordered one exactly what I wanted! His main concern was what I wanted and needed in the car. All I can say is thank you Kiki and Audi Freehold for an exceptionally great buying experience!! And thank you Audi for designing a beatifully designed A5 Premium plus Sportback!! More

Very disappointed with the agent working with me this time. He was rushing to make deal with false promises. He lied about the car value that was returned to get a new lease. If we could give less than this we would. Stay away..this dealership is everything you fear while buying a car. BAIT and SWITCH. Drove an hour and a half to look at 2 cars, during Covid, that Ki away..this dealership is everything you fear while buying a car. BAIT and SWITCH. Drove an hour and a half to look at 2 cars, during Covid, that Kiki assured the evening before were in stock. Arrived as planned at 9 am (opening) and not only was Kiki late both vehicles were magically sold and off the lot. Got worse from there when the manager tried to salvage us as customers and again was lured in by another vehicle that again didn’t materialize (all within one day). The white car was available though. (Classic bait and switch maneuvers). Stay away! More

Furthermore, the vehicle I had inquired about was just about as perfect as a pre-owned car can get and lived up to the glowing online description. Throughout the process, there was no mystery, no aggravating back-and-forth with “my manager” and they were very up-front about the numbers. On the day I picked up the car, I was in and out quickly.
