Amazing! I came in with a specific price range in mind for an lease. My sales rep, Kiki Infante was nothing short of amazing. He was honest and answered all of my questions and concerns. Also, Anthony Tango helped me as well, and he was very reassuring about the whole process. Since I was switching from a BMW I was very skeptical about how Audi works with maintenance but the team helped me understand how Audi care works to relieve my worries. Overall, Audi of Freehold is amazing and when my lease is up I will most certainly be leasing again. Thank you so much Audi of Freehold!! More

Amazing experience After being a loyal 9 year Nissan customer, I decided to check out Audi. I was expecting an intimidating boughie experience but my experience was the After being a loyal 9 year Nissan customer, I decided to check out Audi. I was expecting an intimidating boughie experience but my experience was the exact opposite!! Kiki Infante was the salesman I worked with and he was great. Very informative and not pushy at all. He took his time with a test drive and showed me all the features of the a3. He worked with me on price and got me into that Audi the same day. The only minor problem was returning back my Nissan Maxima. I was afraid to get hit with a huge bill reflecting my over miles and excess wear and use. When I got the bill from Nissan I called Kiki and he put me in touch with Denis Carey who is the sales manager. He was so nice and helped me by sending me a copy of Nissan's wear and use paperwork which helped me negotiate the bill with Nissan. He then put me in touch with the GM Rich Majeski who was also so helpful and polite and helped me resolve my issue. Ray Catena Audi gained a long term customer out of me! My car is amazing, I got a great deal, and everyone I spoked to and worked with at this dealership was phenomenal. They don't dodge phone phone calls like other dealerships I've worked with and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied, even after the deal is made! They are up front and treat their customers better than any dealership I've been to (and I've been to them all!!!) Don't hesitate checking out this dealership!! More

Recently we visited Audi Freehold and were very impressed by the level of professionalism and service they provided during our recent lease experience of a new A5 and A4. The process was streamlined, price negotiations I felt were done very professionally, and we felt great after leaving the dealership with the new cars! The dealership looks beautiful, everything is very clean, lots of amenities and snacks. Kiki Infante and Steve Stoop took great care of us and made it a great car buying experience. We will be back. Great Experience This is the first Audi I have leased and after almost 20 years in BMW's I was a little apprehensive about the change. The experience was very straight This is the first Audi I have leased and after almost 20 years in BMW's I was a little apprehensive about the change. The experience was very straightforward and upfront. No sales games which made the process much easier. After only 1 visit the deal was made, a car was found and I am now driving my new Audi. Kiki and Denis were very easy to deal with and Phil stepped up when needed. Most important Philip took some extra time to explain the car and it's features as this was a brand new experience for me. I have already recommended Audi Freehold to a friend who I know will be leasing a car soon. Great job guys. More

audi buying experience very classy and impressive dealership, Ray Catena was there and he came up to my girlfriend and I and was so friendly and nice to us. Absolutely floored by customer service I purchased a R8 from Audi Freehold. I had my local Audi dealer do an inspection to assure there were no issues with the car. Unfortunately they disco I purchased a R8 from Audi Freehold. I had my local Audi dealer do an inspection to assure there were no issues with the car. Unfortunately they discovered that a shock absorber had been leaking; the car would not pass inspection. Audi Freehold has gone WAY above and beyond to fix the issue. Really, I'm speechless. Denis and Chris have been very apologetic and have done everything imaginable to make things right. While it is a bummer to not have my car at the moment, I feel very good knowing all the needed work is being done by a dealer I can trust. They picked up the car from PA, they are replacing all 4 shocks along with some other items that seem to be the root of the shock issue, they've shipped me an A8 loaner and will be shipping the R8 back to me when the work is complete. All of this work and service they are paying for. It's amazing. There is a reason Ray Catena dealerships have such a wonderful reputation – the staff goes above and beyond in terms of service. More

Very disrespectful. The day after giving my credit card to hold the vehicle, I'm told that it was sold. I agreed to a different color combination. I was promised that the car would be waiting for me by 7pm. Later I was told that wasn't the case, it wouldn't be there until after 9. I was being spoken down to, being told that I would never find a deal like this. At one point I was suggested that I buy a Mercedes. I was told by Kiki that his management has his back. As a previous Ray Catena customer, and a member of their referral program, I'm very surprised the way I was treated. When you buy a new car, you want to have a positive experience. This was completely opposite. Price isn't everything, customer relationship is. More
