This was the first Lexus that I have owned. And I really have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership whatever you guys are doing do not And I really have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle at a dealership whatever you guys are doing do not change a thing from the time I walked in and asked about a certain vehicle the LS 500 I talked to Miss Kim a couple times texting back-and-forth and she is unbelievable nicest person you would wanna meet. Matter fact, every person I came in contact with was very polite and helpful from Rick Egan, brown and finance. Sorry, but I forgot the guy that did the insurance for me. The young lady that helped me set up my phone to sync with the vehicle. Yeah I’m not kidding. It was the best experience I have ever had keep up the great job guys, and by the way, I am so happy with my new vehicle. It is awesome. One happy customer! More

Contacted the dealership and maybe I just got a very unprofessional sales person but I explained that I was an out of state buyer that was looking to trade in a vehicle and pay cash for the difference - unprofessional sales person but I explained that I was an out of state buyer that was looking to trade in a vehicle and pay cash for the difference - you would think potentially spending $60 k would get a professional approach but not at this dealership. I will stick with my local lexus dealer and wait for them to source my new to me LX570. Price LeBlanc needs to train their sales team on the Lexus philosophy and remember Lexus buyers expect more than the mediocre level of service currently available. More
