I’m extremely delighted with my car shopping experience with Walt and Jim at Audi Cary! Walt was fantastic, very easy going, wasn’t pushy at all and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. Walt was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the car I was getting. Price we negotiated quite easily without back and forth was very fair, and trade-in of my existing competitor lease that was about to mature was such a breeze I honestly wasn’t expecting it to go that smoothly! Jim, the finance guy, explained all the papers I signed as we were going through everything and I appreciated the way he told me about benefits of packages and protections they have — no endless back and forth, I simply picked one I needed and we were done. The customer manager Kim checked on me too when I was waiting for Walt to work out the numbers. I had such a great experience I grabbed an extra business card of Walt to pass it to someone in my family who is due for an upgrade later this year!! More

From the moment we spoke with Johnnie over the phone we knew that we would become customers of Audi Cary. We had made calls to other dealerships in Virginia and were told that it would not be easy to find what we were looking for. Johnny asked what were our preferences in color, interior, etc. We knew that he would eventually find what we were looking for. And a couple of weeks later we received the phone call that he had found our car. Our trust was well placed. Completing the purchase in person was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The entire staff was friendly and welcomed us as if we were long time customers. Kim attended to our needs from the moment we walked in the door. Stephen Barry, who helped us in the Parts Department, was friendly and knowledgable. Jim chatted with us and made the finance process painless. Johnnie is the consummate sales agent. He put our needs first and guided us through the entire buying process. He contacted us after the sale to let us know that if we had any questions about the car to please call him.
