Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your time expectations weren't properly managed. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our routine maintenance services. Your appointment time is set aside for your to speak with your service advisor to check in and set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. You can also use this time to add services and speak with your service advisor regarding any concerns you may have. From there, your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. Because we respect your time we have multiple drop off options and complimentary shuttle service. We are always looking to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
