They told me how long it would take for my car to be ready but they got it ready earlier. They were professional about it. They kept me informed they fixed my car and even gave me a car wash. 1st the truck I got had issues with the trunk lift gate and I got an IOU to have it fixed they said they fixed it. It still doesn’t work. My car is stalling I let them know that day 2 of me driving they to and I got an IOU to have it fixed they said they fixed it. It still doesn’t work. My car is stalling I let them know that day 2 of me driving they told me to bring it to get serviced I did , they couldn’t find the issue and was going to send me home with a car that has issues, but I told them I can show the mechanic the issue which I did then they took my car back into service kept it for more than a week just for me to het it back with the same issue now I’m out of 2,500 down and 13,000 in Debt for car that’s still stalling havnt even had the car to myself for 10 days and they can’t seem to fix it or find the issue now in the one suffering. I expected way more out of Jim butler . The entire time they had my car I was the one calling to check for updates. Today my issue is still unresolved. It took me a long time to write this review trying to give them the benefit of doubt. I’m very disappointed! More
