You charge to much and it should have been covered under the extended warranty and it took why to long to repair and you did the repair with out asking me if I wanted it done. You charged me 155.00 dollars the extended warranty and it took why to long to repair and you did the repair with out asking me if I wanted it done. You charged me 155.00 dollars for the same repair I could have gotten done at walmart for 38.00 dollars. More

I have always had great customer service with the service center no issues what so ever. However I have been experiencing an unfathomable amount of electrical issues with the truck since purchased in Mar center no issues what so ever. However I have been experiencing an unfathomable amount of electrical issues with the truck since purchased in March 2025. It has been in to have service done on 5 different times. Each time electrical issues were stated and not resolved. On the Fifth time going in Jan 2026 it as finally resolved. The service Tech decided to check all the modules to find that most were out of date by quite sometime. My issue is that these modules were never checked all the past times to verify they were updated. This is very frustrating to find out that the "Multi point Inspection" was not being performed correctly. Equally frustrating that there was no way for me to know that there was additional modules to be updated other than the radio update that i can do myself. There was no service bulletin put out for these updates nor was i notified of updates needed. I am giving a three star because i always have a great experience with the service department with everyone and helping... But this basic service of verifying my truck is updated not happening 4 times in a row is not acceptable. More
