I will never use again! Just left from oil change and tire rotation. Noticed grinding noise and called first thing this morning and was told the next appointment was Jan. 15th. I told the girl this was not acceptable and I felt it was a safety issue with rattle and grinding I heard. She said sorry it was the best she could do. I immediately hung up and called telle tire which is close to my house. They told me after inspection my driver side tire was not tightened/secured and one of my lug nuts was cracked! Since then I still haven’t received a call from anyone that cares about customer service. I will also be posting this review online. More
