When expressing my frustration about not having access to a rental, the rental manager did come up with a solution and was able to provide me a rental however, he stated that he would allow me to use the rental vehicle scheduled for tomorrows “valued customer” instead. That offended me. My family has now purchased 6 vehicles from Jim Butler. I too am a valued customer. I feel that the manager should have been more mindful in his choice of words.

Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. In the future, please feel free to use our drop off service or our complimentary shuttle services.

From there, your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. We have found this model to work best due to the volume of vehicles that check into our service department. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for oil changes. It seems that on this day we were running behind. We hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
