The workers are friendly and do their job well. My issue is when I have a 7:30 am appointment I show up at 7:20 am and don’t check in until 7:45 am because there are 10 cars in front of me. Then to perform an oil change and a tire rotation and I don’t get my car back until 10 am?? Is that fair? Is it good “appointment” management? This isn’t the first time this has happened. They are very friendly, attentive, and nice in the service department. Don’t like the 2% upcharge for using a credit card.
