The Service Dept was great. My Service Advisor was Kim Hausmann. She was very professional and helpful. I also needed to get something in the parts department. Nick and I' My Service Advisor was Kim Hausmann. She was very professional and helpful. I also needed to get something in the parts department. Nick and I'm not sure what the other person's name was but they both were helpful and friendly. The Office was also very friendly and professional. More

I purchased a 2024 Chevy Trax in October. Carmats were not available. It is now close to the end of January and no mats that are included with the price of the vehicle. Due to all the salt an Carmats were not available. It is now close to the end of January and no mats that are included with the price of the vehicle. Due to all the salt and grime of this month I went on Chevys website and purchased the mats. Why am I able to purchase mats but you all claim there is no inventory on mats? The only way you can make this right is to reimburse me the purchase price and points I spent. I will not be sending any customers your way unless this is made right. More
