I was not 100% pleased with the service received. We bought my 2020 Volvo from your dealership in October and by December the car was having problems, which we understood. The car had to be sent to a Volvo dealership (which again, we understood) but once it was sent to Volvo, we didn't get much support from Jim Butler. The first issue was that we couldn't get approved for a rental car. We eventually got approved for one but only for 10 days and it wasn't going to be for a car of the same value as my volvo, which has never been the case at any other dealership I've worked with. We ended up being without a car for close to 2 months with no communication from anyone. We tried calling Volvo and they wouldn't call us back and Jim Butler essentially washed their hands of it. I understand you can't work on Volvo's but you all took the money when we bought it so it is ultimately your responsibility. It was very frustrating to pay 2 car payments and 2 insurance payments on a car we couldn't even drive. If you all cannot handle foreign automobiles you shouldn't take the responsibility of selling it. On top of that, we found out the salesperson we worked with just a couple months prior was no longer with the company. That salesperson was working on trying to get us another key fob and also my parent's referral fee b/c they referred us to you and we were told they would be receiving $250.00. Neither of those things have happened and now we are being told that your dealership can't actually help us with getting another key fob. Now I have to make a claim with our warrantee for another fob, which seems wrong. We were promised up front that you all were not like other dealerships because we have had not so good experiences in the past, but unfortunately, your service has not yet lived up to that promise. Usually very good service, I have purchased 3 vehicles here. Last warranty issue we had was less than satisfying and took the better part of the 4 weeks to get the vehicle completely back. Twice during here. Last warranty issue we had was less than satisfying and took the better part of the 4 weeks to get the vehicle completely back. Twice during this particular warranty service it was given back to us with more issues than it went into service to correct. Each time we attempted to pick the vehicle up we had to pay a deductible and the vehicle could not even make it off the lot. More
