I was contacted by Diego to terminate my lease on my car early and from everything was just great. I walked in nowing who the fleet manager was from before Lori and Tom Simmons and found out they had just recently retired. My dad contacted Tom and said to contact Kim Kelly and wow was he right. I was greated by Diego and he handed me off to Kim Kelly and she took care of me from start to finish. She has great customer service and Diego tag teaming with her just made me finding the perfect car that much easier. I would recommended anybody to Kim Kelly and as well as Diego they are excellent at what they do. Then they sent me over to finance which I was handed off to Avery and he made the finance part of it the easiest I have ever gone through. I was in and out in like 15 minutes never heard of. He was very straight forwarded with me and told me what and what I did not need. Also he didn't ask me for more money for my down payment and just told me write a check for what I said I could and never pushed me to write a bigger check. He was very polite and made things so easy I would recommended anyone to ask for him in finance. I would recommended anyone to buy there car from NORM REEVES HONDA SUPERSTORE. More

I was looking into the Honda CRV 2015 for a SUV This is my first time buying a new car for myself I recently was hit by a DUI and my car got totaled. I was looking into the Honda CRV 2015 for a SUV that's smaller than a full size SUV, but safe and reliable. I requested several quotes from many different Honda dealership and Kim Kelly Lujan offered me the best quote out of the door. I talked to her several times on the phone to make sure she got the exact car that I wanted and she did everything in her power to get me the best deal. She seemed honest and was on the buyer side, so I booked an appointment on Saturday. When I arrived there the place was packed and crazy. Kim was able to help me while and made sure she took really good care of me while juggling several things at once. She made the process smooth and painless answering all my questions in a happy manner. I was able to make a really good deal and she drove all the way to a different Honda dealership 30 miles away to pick up my specific car (Silver with Black leather interior) since the Honda CRV 2015 are selling like hot cakes. She came back quickly got the car washed and went over the whole features of the car with me. I drove away with a very positive experience and a proud first time owner of a new Honda. More

She went above and beyond to get me a great deal. I had came to her early on in the year and due to certain circumstances I didn't get a vehicle. Although I didn't get it she reassured me that when I'm ready she will be there to take care of me. Sure enough I had an incident where my vehicle was totaled and I called her up. I didn't Rush in since there was so much to take care of personally. But as soon as I said I was ready we worked on the new vehicle. She didn't stop until my needs where met.
