She looked at a number of things to see if she could diagnose what was wrong. We had also called AAA and they sent a tow truck during these 40 minutes. In 40 minutes our truck was in a repair bay. The dealership was nothing short of amazing. The people kind and attentive. It took 2 days to get to the root cause because there was so much damage, The repair folks did a terrific job keeping us informed and the final report very detailed. We ended up needing to buy a new truck. The sales people were terrific and we were on our way, grateful for the care and concern and loved the new truck. More
